1. Information needed to provide a quote?
A: CAD or 3D drawing(in stp, dwg, step,prt file) with detailed specification like material, thickness, tolerance, surface finish, order quantity would be needed for price evaluations.
2. What is your payment terms?
A: Payment terms are flexible in accordance with specific conditions. But we prefer T/T 50% in advance, balance before shipment.
3. How could we know about the production status?
A: First article shall be provided for quality approval before mass productions. In process of mass production, we will keep you informed of any progress. Besides, 100% quality inspection will be arranged prior shipment.
4. How do I know about the delivery?
A: We will keep follow up and keep you updated about the tracking status of shipment.
5. What will you do for after sales?
A: We will follow up the application of our parts. Any question related to our metal parts, we will ready to service you with the fast solution.
